Description and purpose 

Gluten Control contains DPP-IV (dipeptidyl peptidase IV). That is an enzyme complex that breaks down gluten and casein - proteins that cause disorders in many of us. 

Gluten Control formula includes 5 more proteases with specific digestive activity, that complete DPP-IV for overall protein reduction. Gluten control facilitates digestion because it contains amylase, lactase and lipase.

Here are the foods that contain gluten: blue cheese, bouillon cubes, caramel colour or flavour, chocolate milk and beverages, curry powder, flavoured instant teas or coffee, food colours, gelatin, starch, cereals (such as beer, rye, scotch, bourbon or vodka), gum base (such as chewing gum), hydrolysed vegetable proteins, malt, candies, modified foods (GMO), monosodium glutamate, non-dairy creams, packaged mixes, rice, preservatives added to processed meats (salami, frankfurters, minced meat, sausages) soy sauce, spices, mixtures of herbs, plant proteins, vegetable starch, vinegar (white or malt).
