Description and purposeGluten Control contains DPP-IV (dipeptidyl peptidase IV). That is an enzyme complex that breaks down gluten and casein - proteins that cause disorders in many of us. Gluten Control formula includes 5 more proteases with specific digestive activity, that complete DPP-IV for overall protein reduction. Gluten control facilitates digestion because it contains amylase, lactase and lipase. Gluten Control is a highly effective product that promotes overall protein assimilation. Unabsorbed proteins may enter the bloodstream in people suffering from permeable bowel syndrome. Studies have shown that intestinal permeability is an extremely serious problem that can cause various autoimmune diseases. Gluten Control contains a full range of proteases that improve protein absorption. It is important because these proteins cause gastrointestinal problems, consequently, the problems affect the whole organism. Gluten and casein are proteins - big, complex molecules with thousands of amino acids, subsequently rolled into the molecule. Without enough specific enzymes that break them down, amino acid linkages in these large proteins may remain unabsorbed. This leads to protein formation, which is only partially digested. These smaller peptide bonds are long enough to cause digestive problems such as gas, abdominal swelling, occasional loose stools, constipation, fatigue, and sometimes even severe gastrointestinal inflammation. Improper carbohydrate digestion is due to gluten intolerance. Gluten Control eliminates that problem with the combined action of amylase, glucoamylase and cellulase which help complete the digestion of sugars and carbohydrates.
