Lipocon, as its name suggests, contains as an active ingredient the carotenoid lycopene. As an organic pigment, it gives the characteristic red or pink colouring to various fruits and vegetables - tomatoes, grapefruit flesh, pomegranates, etc.
Ingredients: lycopene, microcrystalline cellulose
(filler), glyceryldibehenate (lubricant), silicon dioxide
(anti-caking agent).
Depending on the reasons necessitating its intake, Lycopene is taken in different dosages:
1 capsule daily is the usual intake in cases of enlarged prostate.
2 capsules daily may be taken in cases of elevated blood pressure and abnormal blood lipid profile.
Individual dosage should be prescribed by a physician depending on the symptomatology and general condition of the body.
